返金ポリシー
We currently do not accept returns and refunds. All products are final sale except a defective or damaged product. In the case of a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the parcel. A new one will replace the damaged item. Please notify us at hello@pcesstudio.com, we will provide you with instructions and arrange the exchange.
商品換貨
1.販售商品皆為現貨與預購商品，恕無法退貨。商品到貨後若有任何瑕疵，請於收到貨5天內聯絡我們hello@pcesstudio.com。確認非人為或其他因素造成的瑕疵問題，請在收到包裹的7天內將商品保持完整包裝附上訂單姓名寄回。
2.辦理換貨時，請保持無任何毀損並將包裝、配件一併寄回，商品一經下水、使用過痕跡，包括汗味、香水味、異味、落地、粉底、動物毛、人為性髒污，如有任何以上情形，恕無法受理換貨申請。
