Refund policy
We currently do not accept returns and refunds. All products are final sale except a defective or damaged product. In the case of a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the parcel. A new one will replace the damaged item. Please notify us at hello@pcesstudio.com, we will provide you with instructions and arrange the exchange.

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing within the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase and return any eligible item within 14 calendar days of physical delivery, without giving any reason.

Return Shipping Costs: The direct cost and responsibility of return shipping rests entirely with the customer. pcesstudio.com does not provide prepaid return shipping labels, nor do we cover or reimburse return postage. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Refunds: Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must send the items back within 14 days. Upon receiving the returned items (or valid proof that they have been sent), we will issue a full refund of your original purchase price—including our standard delivery fee—within 14 days.

Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions and Special Products: The 14-day return right does not apply to custom-made, uniquely bespoke, or personalized items (such as our 1/1 special products). All sales on 1/1 special products are final and cannot be cancelled or returned.
